Last updated: June 2026
By using the MedlyJet platform, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Purpose of the platform
MedlyJet is an intermediary platform that connects patients with healthcare providers and related accommodation options. We do not provide healthcare services ourselves; treatments are delivered by the relevant clinics. MedlyJet is not a party to any medical contract between the parties.
2. Medical disclaimer
The content on the platform is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice. Treatment decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Responsibility for the choice of clinic and treatment outcomes lies with the provider delivering the service.
3. Account and use
- You are obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for the security of your account.
- You may not use the platform for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.
4. Partner (clinic) obligations
Partners who list as clinics are responsible for ensuring that the information, prices, and qualifications they provide are accurate, up to date, and compliant with applicable regulations. Misleading content may result in the listing being removed and the account being suspended.
5. Prices and payments
Prices shown on the platform are set by the relevant clinics and may change. Unless otherwise stated, treatment payments are made directly with the clinic.
6. Intellectual property
The MedlyJet brand, design, and content are protected. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MedlyJet cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from third-party services accessed through the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will announce significant changes through the platform; continued use means you accept the current terms.
