The initial appointment time will be included in your confirmation email and on also be sent on WhatsApp. If we are providing your transportation between your accommodation and the clinic, we will send you the time for your transport to be ready at your hotel the day before your appointment. This pick-up time can be slightly different from the time you initially received on your confirmation, depending on your accommodation’s distance to the clinic, and also our other transfer traffic.

Please bring your passport to the clinic for your first appointment. You can also bring any medical report or list of medications if not already sent online. You can also bring cash or the planned payment method since the payment is collected before the treatments start. You can also bring any medications that you take regularly.

The time varies by procedure. The initial consultation may take an hour. From the time the initial consultation is finished to the start of the dental treatments, we require approximately an hour, including preparing your documentation, taking photographs, and allowing time for you to review and sign the documents, as well as complete the payment process. Your patient coordinators will keep you informed about the time you need at the clinic, as this varies on a case-by-case basis. If there is a gap of some hours between treatments on a given day, the staff can help you arrange a transfer if you would like to return to your accommodation or explore the city.

While we try to provide you with the most accurate treatment plan and estimated cost before your arrival, it may change after we take an X-ray and a 3D scan and have an in-person examination with our specialists. In some cases, a 3D scan can reveal conditions even an X-ray could not, even if that is sent before your arrival. If there is a change in the treatment plan and a change in the cost, it will all be explained during your comprehensive initial consultation.

The treatment payment would be received before the start of the treatments on your first day, after you review and sign the treatment plan document that you will receive after the initial consultation.

No, you don't need to exchange your currency for Turkish Lira. We accept GBP, USD, and Euro notes for cash payments at the clinic. As a GBP banknote, we only accept English Central Bank banknotes due to acceptance in Turkey. We don't accept Scottish and Northern Irish banknotes.

As we said before, we only accept GBP banknotes from only English central bank.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. But please don't forget you can't get extra 10% cash discount with card payment also transaction and exchange rate fee are not related with us, it is related with your bank.

Yes. Please make sure to have breakfast before arriving at the clinic in the morning, as the dental treatments will prevent you from being able to eat for a couple of hours afterwards. If you do not have time before coming to the clinic, we can provide you with some fruits or snacks before starting the procedures.

The dental procedures are performed using local anesthesia injections to ensure they are pain-free. Painkiller tablets and/or other medical supplies will also be provided based on your needs during your stay in Antalya.

All patient coordinators speak English fluently. There are also Russian and German-speaking coordinators at the clinic, if those languages are preferred. While most dental staff also speak English fluently, patient coordinators will be present during your appointments to ensure there is no language barrier.

It varies depending on your treatment plan. For dental crown/veneer restoration treatments, we usually need two days in the lab in order to manufacture your restorations. Which means there will usually be no appointment at the clinic the day after the preparation session takes place. You will be informed about the days you will be booked for appointments once the initial examination takes place. Feel free to ask your coordinators if you would like to arrange any tours or activities during your stay, so they can manage your appointment dates and times.

When your appointment is booked, you will receive a link for a Google Drive folder. Your pre- and post-op x-rays, before and after images, and any signed documents will be uploaded to your folder once the treatment is completed. You may need to have a Google Mail account in order to view your folder, as it will be shared only with your provided e-mail address.
